October 25, 2012: Alicia and Swizz Beatz are LEAVING New York . . . and choosing to raise their son in a New Jersey SUBURB just a few miles away. But they'll be doing it in style. Alicia and Swizz recently BOUGHT Eddie Murphy's 25,000 square foot 32 room mansion - for just $12M. Eddie was originally asking $30M for the house.
The 32-room Colonial mansion was once occupied by Eddie and his ex-wife, Nicole - whom he met in 1988 and divorced in 2006 - as well as their five children.
But there is one downside to the house. Annual taxes alone are $197,723. But then again, when you have $12M . . . that's CHUMP CHANGE!!!
